This is the fastest method for placing your order. Since all of our Standard Clip Art is available on our web site, you can select the graphics by number and simply tell us what words you wish to put around the clip art. You may also choose graphics from our design samples library to use in your design.

Drawing a rough sketch.
Step by step:
1. Select the clip art from our clip art library.
2. Take a blank piece of standard size paper (8 1/2" x11").
3. Draw a small circle in the middle of the page.
4. Write the clip art number from our web site inside this circle.
This circle will now represent the clip art that you have chosen.
4. Write the words that you would like to print around the clip art.

Placing an order using one of the Design Samples
Simply print out the design page on your computer printer, cross out the words that you don't want, write the words around the design that you wish to print, and fax it to us along with the order form.

Optional:
1. If you wish you may select a particular type font from our type font menu. Simply indicate the type font by number on your rough sketch sheet.
2. If you would like to have our art department suggest the best type font for your design, simply write "Suggest Font" on your sketch, and we will select the best font for your design.

Filling out the order form.
If you have a printer attached to your computer, you can obtain a printable order form by clicking here. Otherwise call us or send us e-mail and we will fax you the order form.

1. Be sure to fill out the order form completely.
2. For shipping address we will need a physical address, since UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
3. Fax or mail to us the Order Form along with your rough sketch.

Here is what happens next:
Once we receive your order, we will reply by next business day with an order confirmation via fax, e-mail or U.S. mail.

Your order confirmation will include exact price for each item including printing and shipping charges.

You will be asked to sign and return this order confirmation with your payment information.

Once we receive your signature and payment information on the order confirmation, we will start production on your order immediately.

Within 24 hours, the art department will send you the Art Proof for your approval.

As soon as you approve the art work, the order will proceed to the printing department.
